Bennochy Medical Centre is in central Fife, with Edinburgh around 35 minutes away, easily commutable from many areas outside Fife.You will deliver a complete chronic disease service (respiratory, cardiovascular disease and diabetes) and Practice Nurse service to our patients.Essential for this role:· Applicants must be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council· Hold chronic disease qualifications, specialising in respiratory, cardiovascular disease, and diabetes.Desirable for this role:· Cervical screening qualification· Spirometry, wound care, immunisations, ear irrigation and stock ordering experience.About us:· Large free car park· Well established and respected postgraduate and undergraduate training practice· Friendly, supportive multi-disciplinary team committed to providing high quality and patient centred care· In-house services provided minor surgery, family planning and child health surveillance· EMIS and Docman clinical IT systems· GMS practice, 9500 patients· Medical records fully digitalised· Recently completed practice renovations, comprising of 4 additional consulting rooms, new reception, new interview room and a complete admin wing.· parkrun practiceIf you possess the right level of commitment and drive to deliver the highest level of service to our patients, and practice team, please visit our website for an application pack (CVs will not be accepted).
