Practice Nurse

24 Gracemount Drive EH16 6RN Gracemount Medical Practiceis a growing, dynamic, Primary Care team looking to recruit a part time practice nurse to join us.
We prioritise providing continuity, excellence in personalised patient care and quality improvement.We are located in South East Edinburgh and have a current list size of c9200 patients currently split between 3 partners.
Our nursing team currently consists of 3 Advanced Nurse Practitioners and a phlebotomist/HCA.
With all the changes and challenges in healthcare we are constantly evolving our ways of working and encourage input from the whole team.
We have an expanding MDT with clinical pharmacists, a physiotherapist, MH team, who all provide fantastic services for our patients.The role of the practice nurses would be ideally suited to driven individuals who aligns with our values and has experience in providing top-quality primary care.
Specific skills in chronic disease management, cervical screening are necessary and we are open to working with the right applicant to develop their nursing career goals.
You should enjoy variety in your practice and be an excellent communicator.We are looking for a part time nurse (20 hours per week) on a permanent contract.
The precise spread of hours is flexible.
Payscale dependant on experience.
