Practice Nurse Opportunity Part-Time Role in Chesham The Role: An excellent opportunity for an experienced, enthusiastic Practice Nurse to join a welcoming and supportive team.
Working closely within a multidisciplinary team, this role covers essential nursing services over two or three days.
Key Responsibilities: Manage chronic conditions (diabetes, respiratory, cardiovascular) Perform wound care, vaccinations (child & adult), cervical smears Provide health promotion, travel advice, and family planning support Engage in infection control and uphold practice policies and standards The Practice: This thriving practice serves a diverse patient base of 13,000+ in Chesham.
