Practice Nurse

Job summary A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a part-time, experienced practice nurse to join Chelmer Medical Partnership in Chelmsford.
The position is offered for 20 hours per week, Monday and Thursday to with a 30-minute unpaid break.
Candidates will be required to work across the partnership's three sites.
These are; Humber Road Surgery, Melbourne House Surgery and Tennyson House Surgery.
You will work closely with a team of supportive and collaborative clinicians to ensure the greatest level of care is delivered to all patients.
Main duties of the job Delivering exceptional levels of care to all patients.
Working autonomously and as part of a team.
Providing flu vaccinations.
Providing cervical cytology.
Carrying out contraceptive reviews.
Providing immunisations.
Delivering wound care.

Person Specification Qualifications Essential A relevant nursing degree.
Current NMC registration with an active PIN.
Experience Essential Management of asthma, diabetes and COPD would be of benefit and development to support this could be provided.
