Job summary Salary Available on Application24 hours a weekPrimary care nurse with an understanding of diabetes, to perform other standard primary care duties and exciting opportunities to undertake training in diabetes care and related conditions.
You will also be expected to provide a high standard of nursing care to our patients at Fairfield Surgery.
Main duties of the job You will report to The Partners clinically and the Practice Manager for administration issues.

Job description Job responsibilities We are looking to recruit a highly motivated and experienced Treatment Room nurse to join our Team of three experienced nurses.The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working in General Practice and have experience of cervical cytology, childhood immunisations and phlebotomy.
Personal attributes such as commitment, excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team, as well as without direct supervision is required.An interest in further developing the role to deal with diabetes and related conditions is an option.
Person Specification Qualifications Essential Relevant qualification in nursing Desirable Relevant primary care nursing courses and qualifications Experience Essential Experience of working within a nursing team Desirable Experience of working in primary care and dealing with diabetic patients and related conditions
