Main duties of the job To ensure the effective and efficient management of thePractice.Provide day-to-day management of all staff within thePractice.Develop and maintain individual and team performance.Ensure the profitability and efficiency of the Practice,in line with NHS, partners and legislative guidelines.Provide general guidance to the partners on any NHSdevelopments and legislative changes which may affect the general management ofthe PracticeDay-to-day financial managementOverall responsibility for the HR function for all staff.
