Job summary An exciting secondment opportunity has arisen to work with LSCFT's Culture of Care Project Lead; to support all inpatient teams participating in NHS England's two year Culture of Care aim of the programme is to support organisations to improve the culture of inpatient mental health, learning disability and autism wards across England.
By ensuring that patients and staff feel wards are safe, therapeutic and equitable places to be cared for and fulfilling places to is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with teams and services that are evolving and have the needs of our patient's and the communities they serve at the heart of the care they provide.
