Practice Care Administrator

We are working with a well-established and highly regarded veterinary practice in Huddersfield, dedicated to providing exceptional care for pets and animals in their community.
They are currently looking for an experienced Practice Manager with a background in veterinary practice to join their lovely team and lead the day-to-day operations, ensuring the smooth running of our practice and the highest level of service for our clients.
Oversee the daily operations of the veterinary practice, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services.
Manage and support a team of veterinary professionals and support staff, providing training, supervision, and performance management.
Handle budgeting, financial reporting, and ensuring the practice meets its financial targets.
Ensure excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with pet owners, handling any client concerns or issues.
Ensure the practice complies with all relevant legislation, regulations, and health and safety standards.
Oversee stock control and ordering of veterinary supplies, ensuring the practice is fully equipped.
Veterinary Experience: Proven experience working in a veterinary practice is essential.
