Job Description TPF Recruitment, the leading provider of accountancy practice professionals are currently supporting one of their clients located in Oxted, currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join their friendly and growing team.

Duties and Responsibilities: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records for a variety of clients Managing accounts payable and receivable Preparing and submitting VAT returns Bank reconciliations Processing payroll Handling general bookkeeping tasks and financial reporting Liaising with clients to address and resolve queries Assisting with the preparation of management accounts Requirements Requirements: A minimum of 18 months' experience in a bookkeeping role.
Ideally AAT Level 3 qualified, or working towards this qualification.
Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, or Sage is highly desirable.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
Good communication abilities, both written and verbal, with a client-focused approach.

Requirements A minimum of 18 months of experience working within an accountancy practice environment, ideally within a tax team or a tax-focused role.
Candidates for senior roles should be studying for or already qualified in ATT or CTA.
Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
A proactive and analytical mindset, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
