In this dynamic position, you will assist in creating tailored educational strategies in response to audits, risk data, evaluations, and user experiences. Your insights will directly influence the quality of care we provide, making a significant impact on patient outcomes and staff confidence.
As a leader in our team, you will provide invaluable role modelling, clinical supervision, coaching, and mentoring for your colleagues. Your commitment to reflection and evaluation will ensure that our educational offerings are not just effective but continually evolving to meet the ever-changing needs of our staff and patients.
You'll also have the exciting opportunity to organise and facilitate engaging teaching sessions, including hands-on clinical simulations, in partnership with our simulation team. This collaborative effort will enhance learning and allow colleagues to practice their skills in a supportive environment, ultimately improving patient care and safety.
