Key Responsibilities: Develop PR Strategies: Design and implement creative public relations plans that align with the brand objectives and broader business goals. Media Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key media outlets, coordinating interviews, press releases, and public speaking engagements. Campaign Management: Plan and execute PR campaigns, using a variety of channels (TV, print, digital, etc.) to maximise exposure. Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing, E-commerce, and Creative teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging across all PR initiatives. Stakeholder Liaison: Engage with stakeholders, including political figures and industry partners, to support key discussions and highlight industry values. Crisis Management: Develop contingency plans and provide strategic advice on handling sensitive public issues to protect the company's reputation. Analysis & Reporting: Monitor the success of PR campaigns, set measurable KPIs, and provide detailed reports to assess performance. What We're Looking For: Proven Expertise: A solid track record in PR, preferably within a fast-paced retail environment. Creative & Strategic Thinking: The ability to devise and deliver innovative PR campaigns while managing multiple projects simultaneously. Media Savvy: Experience in liaising with the press and media outlets, with confidence as a public speaker. Strong Communicator: Excellent writing and presentation skills, with a keen eye for detail. Team Player: Skilled at collaborating with internal departments and managing relationships with external PR agencies. Organisational Excellence: Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively to meet deadlines. Qualifications & Experience: Degree in Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field. Experience in developing and delivering PR strategies on both a local and national level in the UK. Media training and hands-on experience in managing press relations. A self-motivated and proactive approach to PR, with a passion for delivering results.
