The Role As an  Associate Director , you will: Serve as the lead on high-profile client accounts, focusing on corporate communications and public affairs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying and cultivating new business prospects.
Act as a strategic advisor to clients, providing insightful analysis and guidance on a day-to-day basis.
Join the Senior Leadership Team, contributing to the management and growth of the business and mentoring junior team members.
Lead client meetings and ensure the delivery of consistently high-quality work and strategic advice.
Support and coach junior consultants to help them progress in their careers.
Play a pivotal role in business development and support the execution of the corporate communications marketing plan.
