The Role We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven PPC Strategist to join our Paid Media team.
In this role, you'll be working with a diverse portfolio of B2B technology clients, managing and optimising campaigns across paid search and paid social mainly.
As a customer-facing strategist, you'll drive impactful results while maintaining strong relationships with our clients. You will be responsible for: Conducting thorough audience research and providing tailored media plan recommendations for B2B clients Managing and optimising PPC campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives and KPIs, with the support of a PPC Executive helping you on the ongoing management tasks.
Delivering actionable insights and strategic recommendations based on monthly reporting.
Staying ahead of industry trends and developments in both paid search and LinkedIn Ads specifically.
Collaborating with a team of passionate paid media & SEO experts from both departments to continuously enhance our approach and performance.
Key responsibilities: Manage and implement B2B-focused paid search and paid social campaigns.
Optimise campaigns to drive key performance metrics and improve ROI, providing data-driven recommendations to clients.
Deliver weekly internal performance reports with insights, alongside regular client check-ins to ensure campaign goals are on track.
Monitor campaigns daily to ensure budget adherence and identify opportunities for improvement.
Handle communication with clients for the PPC part of the service, providing timely updates and addressing routine requests (e.g., campaign adjustments, creative updates) via our ticketing system.
Create comprehensive monthly reports using our templates and participate in client meetings to communicate campaign performance and discuss future optimisations.
Our ideal candidate: Experience running B2B campaigns, with strong expertise in both Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
Strong client-facing skills with experience managing and communicating directly with clients.
In-depth knowledge of PPC campaign planning, implementation, and optimisation to best practices.
Demonstrated ability to analyse and report on PPC campaign performance, offering actionable insights and recommendations.
Solid understanding of conversion tracking and its application in campaign optimisation is a bonus.
Data-driven with strong analytical skills and a focus on measurable outcomes.
Hands-on experience with using analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) to assess performance and report on results.
A proactive approach, with a passion for PPC and a drive to stay ahead of industry trends.
A desire to continuously learn and grow in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
