Purpose of the Role The Paid Search Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimising paid search campaigns across various platforms to meet client objectives.
This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute paid search strategies aligned with client goals and objectives.
- Manage all aspects of paid search campaigns, including campaign setup, optimisation, monitoring, weekly reports, and performance analysis.
- Collaborate with clients, internal planning teams and platform reps to drive best in class performance.
- Attend and represent the team at regular external and internal client meetings.
- Work closely with the Account Director, and oversee the Account Executive, to deliver strong strategic approaches and adhere to QA policies and procedures.
- Actively mentor and empower your team to increase quality and performance on your clients.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and platform updates related to paid search.
Key Skills - Proficiency in managing and planning campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, with experience on SA360 and international search engines a bonus.
- Strong understanding of paid search principles, best practices, and industry trends - Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
