Ppa Teaching Assistant

Teaching Personnel are recruiting a PPA Teacher / TA4 on behalf of an excellent primary school in the OL12 area to accomodate for larger class sizes in the Spring term.
This is a wonderful opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic teacher, who has experience working with children between EYFS and KS2.
You will need to be confident supporting children across school and have a good understanding of the National Curriculum.
This is a temporary, full-time position (Monday-Friday 8.30-3.30), with the potential to become a permanent role.
You will need to: Teach and cover a range of classes across school (KS1 and KS2, possibly EYFS).
Plan and deliver engaging lessons, using the National Curriculum.
Communicate effectively with the Class Teacher and Teaching Assistants across school.
Build relationships with all children and staff.
Ensure that children continue to receive high-quality education in the teacher's absence.
Be hard-working, organised and committed to raising standards.
Be able to demonstrate strong behaviour management skills.
Create a positive and engaging learning environment and experience.
Requirements: Good understanding of the National Curriculum.
ECT and Experience Qualified Teaching Status (QTS) or HLTA qualification.
Enhanced DBS certificate on the update service.
Experience supporting children with Social, Emotional, Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
