Areas where you can support are: Provide technical support to both the User and Customer Care Centre, Bosch field sales force and directly with Bosch customersArranging of collections of repairs from users and answering questions about the progression of their repairSending of parts drawings and correct spare parts selectionHandling customer complaints/claims in association with our legal teamWorking with other areas of Bosch Power Tools to improve processes and efficiencyLiaise with Bosch Service Centre repair Manager on technical topicsProvide technical/system training to the User and Customer Care CentreSupport central QMM deptQualificationsWhat distinguishes youMust have great people skills and be customer focusedMust have excellent written English and telephone mannerMust be able to work under pressure and show good attention to detailMust be proficient in Microsoft office, especially Word and ExcelA driving licence is advantageousHave experience of diagnosis and repairing in a workshop environment is desirableAdditional Information hrs a weekRole is officed based at our head office situated in Denham near UxbridgeHybrid working is available with up to 2 days a week being available for home office
