Duties As a Powder Coat Painter, youll play an important role in delivering a high-quality finish that meets our customers' exacting standards.
Your daily tasks will include: Painting and Powder Coating to meet quality specifications.Silk Screening to enhance product appearance and branding.Masking and Unmasking components to ensure precision.Pre-Paint and Post-Paint Cleaning for immaculate results.Loading and Unloading Parts for efficient workflow.Tapping Holes, Wrapping, and Packing to prepare products for delivery.Assisting in the Fabrication and Assembly area as needed.Requirements Attention to detail: Precision is key to meeting customer quality requirements.Ability to handle repetitive work with consistency and focus.Flexibility and adaptability to respond to varying client demands.Physical stamina: Ability to lift parts overhead within safe weight limits and work comfortably in a warm environment.Team player attitude: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues while also working independently.Strong work ethic: Able to follow both verbal and written instructions accurately.
Working Hours: Preferred Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 3:00 PM start (four-day workweek).
Flexible Options: We offer flexibility with the start time and welcome both full-time (37.5 hours/week) and part-time applications.
Training: Initial training will be conducted during our day shift to ensure you're fully prepared for success.
