Our client, a leading precision engineering company, is seeking a Powder Coat Painter to join their growing team.
Full training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills in a supportive environment.
About the Role: As a Powder Coat Painter, you will perform a range of tasks to ensure a high-quality finish that meets customer requirements.
Working primarily during the late shift, you will play a vital role in ensuring products are finished to the highest standards.
Initial training will be carried out on the day shift.
Key Responsibilities: Painting, silk screening, masking, and unmasking.
Cleaning parts before and after painting.
Loading and unloading parts.
Tapping holes, wrapping, and packing.
Supporting other tasks in the Fabrication and Assembly area as required.
Skills and Attributes: Ability to cope with repetitive work while maintaining attention to detail.
Flexible attitude to work in a fast-paced environment.
Focused, reliable, and able to follow verbal and written instructions.
Team player with the ability to work independently when needed.
Physically capable of lifting heavy items within H&S limits and working in a warm environment.
Working Hours: Late shift, Monday to Thursday, starting at 3:00 PM.
Flexibility on start and finish times is available.
What's on offer: £14.95 per hour (inclusive of shift allowance).
5 weeks holiday plus bank holidays.
4-day working week with Fridays off.
