Postal Pie Co-ordinator Place of work: W J Arment & Son Limited, 7 & 9 Westmoreland Road, Walworth, SE17 2AX Full time, 31.75 hours per week Tuesday - Saturday Tuesdays & Wednesdays 8.30 am - 4 pm (1 hour break) Thursdays 9 am - 4 pm (1 hour break) Fridays 9.30 am - 4 pm (45 mins break) Saturdays 9.30 am - 5 pm (1 hour break) From £12.00 per hour (£381 gross per week), depending on experience The Applicant: Should be enthusiastic, have the ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
Have good organisational and communication skills.
Be able to follow processes effectively.
Computer skills would be an asset.
Level 2 Food Safety Award is required (we will provide the training if needed).
If the candidate doesnt hold this already, then a willingness to obtain is required.
Duties: Taking orders from Arments website and processing.
Processing all orders; putting correct number of cold pies, mash and liquor in the fridge for chilling as required to fulfil each order.
Booking orders in with courier online.
Packing orders ready for shipping.
Handling customer order enquiries on the telephone and via email.
Keeping work areas clean and tidy, with some cleaning, particularly at the end of the day.
Food Safety Training to Level 2.
Following and logging food safety procedures.
Liaising with other team members both in Bake House and the Counter Team Leader.
There will also be some counter work serving customers.
