Role Overview: As a Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in improving the lives of individuals by assessing behavioural needs, creating and implementing tailored support plans, and coaching others on best practices.
You'll work directly with individuals and their support networks, using PBS approaches to foster positive change and promote independence.
