Position: Learning Support Specialist - Slough Full-Time | Immediate Start Calling Psychology Graduates Are you a recent Psychology graduate considering a career in Psychology or Counseling but unsure where to start?

A specialist school in Slough is looking for a Psychology graduate to join their team as a Learning Support Specialist as soon as possible.
In this role, you will work closely with children who have diverse additional needs, including autism, speech and language challenges, sensory processing issues, physical disabilities, and communication difficulties.
As a Learning Support Specialist, you will develop a deep understanding of each student's cognitive, emotional, and behavioral needs and learn to support them effectively.
You'll help identify learning obstacles and triggers while applying psychological insights in the classroom.
You'll work with students in small groups or one-on-one, creating a supportive, engaging classroom environment where every child feels safe and included.
This role is an excellent opportunity for Psychology graduates seeking hands-on experience with young people facing challenges.
You'll collaborate with psychologists, therapists, counselors, and speech and language specialists, gaining practical exposure that will set you apart from other graduates.
