In this role, you will support our amazing new stores, delivering world-class 'in store' marketing standards and managing the local marketing plan.
You will be accountable for the Omni channel marketing management for our new and renewal stores focusing on all aspects of a media plan (Digital, social, OOH, CRM, audio, and print).

You will also manage all local marketing opportunities across the broader business, working closely with retail and property to plan the best approach for existing stores.
Maintaining great relationships with our Partners in this role is crucial along with cross-functional collaboration internally, so stakeholder management is key to the success in this role.

To stay close to customers, our support teams are in the office three days a week, as we believe that skills are developed through collaboration, and that spending time together makes us more creative and connected.

The role is to support the store launch team in opening new stores, delivering world-class Marketing standards for opening, working closely with the category Marketing team to ensure our best products/quality statements and customer messages are being communicated, and engaging new store teams on what great in-store marketing looks like.
We work closely with store design and store planning to deliver the most exciting new concepts in our renewal stores.
