Key Responsibilities: Provide thorough administrative support to solicitors to ensure the smooth running of office operations.
Communicate effectively with clients, brokers, and estate agents to facilitate seamless transactions.
Draft contracts and manage document submissions to the Land Registry, including AP1 applications.
Address and resolve requisitions promptly.
Prepare and organise legal documents and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Draft billing and completion statements for residential property transactions.
Manage and respond to sale inquiries, ensuring cases progress in line with professional standards and internal protocols.
Regularly update the case management system to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
Prepare and manage case files, including closing and archiving.
Participate in firm-wide training programmes to stay updated on legal and regulatory developments.
Identify opportunities to cross-sell the firm's additional services.
Answer and direct phone calls professionally, maintaining accurate contact lists.
Monitor completion processes and support conveyancers with legal procedures.
Assist with file-related enquiries, ensuring high standards of client service.
Attend to clients, take instructions, and manage correspondence and telephone enquiries as needed.
Ideal Candidate: A passion for Residential Property law and a strong desire to build a career in this sector.
Bilingual in Polish and English.
Motivated and ambitious, with a long-term view of career development within the legal industry.
Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage tight deadlines and prioritise tasks effectively.
Strong attention to detail and numeracy skills.
Confident communicator, capable of liaising professionally with clients and colleagues.
Prior experience supporting fee earners within a busy Residential Property team.
