Join our client s dynamic team in Watford for an exciting opportunity as an Accounts Payable Assistant on a 12-month temporary contract.
Work on a hybrid basis, enjoying both flexibility and the chance to collaborate with a dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities: Accurately process invoices for vendors, suppliers, and internal employees.
Ensure timely, accurate payments and maintain clear, organized records.
Communicate effectively with Polish-speaking vendors and stakeholders.
Address and resolve invoice queries in a timely manner.
Key Requirements: Fluent in Polish and English (both written and verbal).
Proven experience in Accounts Payable or a similar finance role.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
