Policy Team Leader

New year – new Policy role?
I am working with a Cambridgeshire Local Authority who are looking for a Planning Policy Team Leader to jump on board.
If you're a Principal Policy Planner with mentoring experience, you may well be considered.
The hiring manager has expressed the most important aspect of the role is leading on a local plan.
In this role you will have the opportunity to overlook a small team (3 altogether.)
Weekly office presence is desired due to the nature of the role, however there can be flexibility on this for the perfect person.
It is an initial 3 month contract, with it an extension in mind should everything be going well.
An attractive rate of up to £60 per hour inside IR35 is on offer.
If you're looking for a proactive and support manager, having met themselves and spoken to other Planners in the council, its safe to say that is who you will be reporting into!
