Policy Manager - Payments - £60K - £70K

A prominent financial services business is seeking a Policy Manager to join their Payments Regulatory team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of UK, European, and international payments regulation.
This role involves advising on key regulatory issues, collaborating with international stakeholders, and supporting the development of policy responsive to both customer needs and regulatory frameworks.
Key Responsibilities: Manage committees focused on European and UK payments, including key working groups.
Engage with major trade associations and regulators across the UK and internationally.
Provide policy insights to members to support strategic business planning.
Draft and contribute to consultation responses and internal/external communications.
Requirements: Strong knowledge of the UK public policy landscape and payments sector.
Public policy experience with a focus on payments, including engagement with government and regulators.
Drive and the ambition to become an SME within the Payments Regulatory Space Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
