What are we looking for?
As PMO Support Coordinator you will have day-to-day responsibility for the scheduling of resources across customer projects and will keep the resource planning tool up to date, real-time, with all resource bookings.
This is an office-based, entry level role for someone with a background in customer service, scheduling and managing multiple deadlines.
Key Responsibilities: Project Coordination: Assist Project Managers within the assigned regional team in organising resources, scheduling meetings, and managing equipment to ensure smooth project delivery.
Stakeholder Support: Ensure all stakeholders receive a consistently high level of service, contributing to positive client relationships and maintaining MHR as a reference site.
Governance & Controls: Support customer deliverables by ensuring adherence to governance frameworks, maintaining project documentation, and ensuring compliance with established controls.
Project Tracking: Maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, budgets, and bookings, ensuring deadlines are met and communicated effectively.
Risk & Issue Management: Collaborate with Project Managers to assess project risks and issues, assisting in the development and implementation of solutions where appropriate.
Project Assurance Reporting: Provide regular updates to Project Managers on project assurance, identifying any issues and supporting the resolution process.
Skills: Proven experience in project coordination or a similar support role within a project management environment.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
