With Intelligence are recruiting a PMO Director to support and coordinate our strategic initiatives and oversee multifunctional project management. The ideal candidate will have extensive PMO experience, and a proven track record in integration management and experience from consulting.
This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience who can balance program oversight with detailed project execution. The successful candidate will be adept at navigating high phase environment, PE ownership, driving change, and delivering results in dynamic environments.
Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership:Provide strategic guidance to senior team on program management best practices and methodologiesSupport and implement the strategic vision and goals for the PMP aligned with our organisational prioritiesProgram Oversight:Manage enterprise-level projects and programs, ensuring they deliver planned business goalsEstablish governance structures to ensure effective resolutions, accountability, and risk managementProject Delivery:Manage the planning, execution and delivery of complex projects and program, ensuring you adhere to timelines and quality standardsProvide guidance and support to stakeholders of the project lifecycle, including risk management and issue resolutionsIntegration Management:Manage integration efforts in mergers and acquisitions, coordinating activities across functional teamsDevelop and implement integration strategies to enable informed decision-making and proactive project managementDevelop With Intelligence's integration playbook and templatesOperational Excellence:Apply PMO expertise to optimize PMO processes and drive continuous improvementImplement best practices in project and program management leveraging industry standards and methodologiesDevelop and maintain a knowledge management system to capture lessons learned and drive performance enhancementsStakeholder Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organizationFacilitate effective communication and collaboration between project teams, business units, and executive teamManage change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systemsTeam Leadership:Further develop project management capabilities within the organization through training and coachingFoster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous learning within the PMO and across project teamsQualifications:Preferably industry experience from data, business intelligence or software companiesExperience in program and project management, with proven work experience in a PMO roleProven experience in project management methodologies, tools, and best practicesProven experience in integration management, particularly in M&A contexts or complex organizational transformationsProven track record in consulting - demonstrating the ability to optimize processes and drive organizational changeExcellent management skills, communication and effective influencing skillsExperience with project management software and PPM toolsBenefits:24 days annual leave rising to 29 daysEnhanced parental leaveMedicash (Health Cash Plans)Wellness DaysFlexible Fridays (Opportunity to finish early)Birthday day offEmployee assistance programTravel loan schemeCharity daysBreakfast providedSocial Events throughout the yearHybrid WorkingOur Company: With Intelligence employ over 550 staff globally in offices in Europe, Asia and the US.
