PMO Analyst Location : Northampton (Hybrid)
Salary : Up to £55,000 and Bonus (depending on skills and experience)

Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate closely with change delivery managers to ensure all programs meet rigorous governance, risk, and control standards, driving excellence across the project lifecycle.
• Shape the Future by developing and implementing standardized PMO processes and methodologies, laying the foundation for project success at every level.
• Track & Report on the performance of key projects, providing senior management with detailed, actionable insights to keep things on track and ahead of targets.
• Master Project Documentation, from plans to schedules and budgets, ensuring everything is meticulously aligned with project goals and organizational objectives.
• Lead Governance Efforts to ensure that projects are fully aligned with strategic business priorities while managing risks proactively.
• Empower & Inspire project managers and stakeholders by delivering training on change management frameworks, enabling them to succeed and drive progress.
• Drive Continuous Improvement, identifying opportunities for enhancing project management practices and implementing innovative solutions to elevate performance.
Skills and Experience: • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Expertise in governance and controls, with a knack for solving complex problems and making data-driven decisions.
• A track record of delivering insightful, actionable reports that guide senior leadership and influence key decisions.
Highly Valued: • Proficiency in Jira and Excel for streamlined project tracking and reporting.
• The ability to distill complex ideas into clear, simple strategies that lead to successful project outcomes.
