PMO – Digital, Software, Payments, Regulatory, Agile, Change Management, Technology, Strategy, Stakeholder Management, Financial Services - Northampton - Permanent - £45,000 - £63,000 Base + Bonus + Benefits My client, a leading Financial Services organisation, has a key permanent requirement for a PMO to join a critical Programme of work in their Northampton based office.

You will be working across a time-critical, large-scale FCA regulatory programme with a number of key projects that need mobilising.
These projects will involve cross-functional, global teams that are part of the broader digital and payments services within the bank, with touch points across multiple senior stakeholders.
Proven PMO experience on large scale technology/regulatory programmes will be of huge benefit.
The programme operates in a mix of agile and waterfall environments, and you will be pivotal in ensuring execution across the portfolio of work.

The successful candidate will need to have:
Proven PMO experience, preferably within a large-scale organisation (Financial Services or Blue Chip)Regulatory/Digital experience would be highly beneficialAppreciation of software delivery experience (SDLC)Excellent stakeholder management skillsProven experience managing multiple project work streamsStrong experience managing and implementing change projectsAgile and waterfall methodology exposure This is an excellent opportunity for someone to join an expanding and exciting team in a highly visible area, with multiple ongoing projects.
