There are 41 employees including an in-hand Works Department with a staff of 11 joiners and builders.About the role:A new in house role for an Estate Plumbing and Heating Engineer has been formed to focus on the servicing and maintenance of the residential property portfolio.
The majority of properties are served by oil-fired heating and hot water systems, with some renewable technologies installed.
An experienced, versatile and skilled individual is required to join the team.
