A City & Guilds Craft Certificate/Level 3 Certificate, or equivalent for the trade is essential.You will assist in the provision of a comprehensive multi-site installation, maintenance and Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) service and to maximise the efficiency and quality of the mechanical, electrical and environmental services of NHS Ayrshire & Arran using resources available.Experience in building services within a hospital environment including water and heating systems and the use of an electronic based CaFM system would be an advantage.
Following completion of a recognised apprenticeship and having gained extensive experience in this field, you will be part of a team reporting directly to the Building Supervisor, responsible for the delivery of engineering services within a hospital environment and across community premises.
