This role is to predominately work across the Kent region and when required to work across Essexand London.
Working hours Monday to Friday - 8am to 4.30pm or 1.30pm to 10pm (40hr week) 24hr call out rota.
Experience: Perform inspections, install and repairs on plumbing fixtures Diagnose and carry out plumbing issues, leaks and pipework replacement Bathroom and kitchen fitting.
Experience in general building maintenance, Painting/Decorating, basic electrical, basic roofing, Tiling, fencing, drainage, locks void works Various carpentry works Quoting works Carry out risk assessments Skills/ Knowledge: Minimum of 3 years in a multi-skilled maintenance role.
Ability to carry out physical tasks and lifting in accordance with health and safety guidelines.
Work in a timely and productive manner to complete jobs unsupervised to a high standard.
Work to Health & Safety professional standards, including commitment to and understanding of company policies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Hold a current driving licence.
