Plumber Multi Trade

Gilmartins is a family owned and run business; our staff are valued and our ethos is to promote from within.
Our Board of Directors mostly started on the tools themselves so have a 'hands-on' understanding of the work we do.
We work in social housing and provide reactive repairs for local authorities and housing associations.
Gilmartins are looking to recruit a qualified and experienced Plumber Multi Trader with additional trades such as basic carpentry & electrics, patch plastering, tiling skills.
The ideal trades person will have worked in social housing.
The work will be across the Surrey area (Leatherhead, Guildford, Kingston-upon-Thames).
Properties are situated across all of these areas so there will be regular travel as a requirement of the job.
Experienced Plumber Multi Trader: The role is to - * Carry out property repairs and maintenance works – social housing * Working to Scope of Works on PDA for each job Requirements for Job: * Full UK driving license – not EU licence * Own tools * Experience of working in social housing * DBS certificate required Company Benefits: * Company Van (or monthly allowance if using own van) * Fuel card * Paid parking * Mobile phone / PDA * Career development opportunities * 28 day paid holiday (to include bank holidays) * Employee Support– access to a range of support and advice services * Hamper at Christmas Hours of work are 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday with 1 Saturday or Sunday in 4 required (Saturday or Sunday paid at standard rate in addition to salary)
