Plumber Based in South Littleton, WR11 Offering: £11.44 - £25.00 per annum dependant on experience (weekly pay) Full time, temp to perm contract We are recruiting for a Plumber Electrician to ensure the Planned Preventative Maintenance programme is completed in line with specifications and Work Packages in domestic properties and communal areas.
The Role: Routine and non-routine maintenance Fault finding Identification of life expired equipment Check, repair and make good faults and life expired equipment Inspections, water sampling and risk assessment Mains water supply repairs Ensure all works are carried out to the highest safety standards and to agreed method statements Minimise wastage and continually improve processes Ensure statutory works are carried out to time and that work is compliant This role may include working at height and in all weather condition The Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday between 7am-5pm The Location: South Littleton, WR11 The Person: Essential: Previous experience in a similar role Essential: Current full UK driving licence Accurate measuring and scoping of works Good knowledge of current industry practice Problem solving Trustworthy and reliable Must be able to follow security and safety processes Essential: Must be able to pass a enhanced DBS check Good Interpersonal skills Strong Time Management Good IT skills Good awareness and understanding of personal health and safety , method statements and risk assessments Essential Qualifications: Appropriate Trade qualification Gas safe registration card Legionella Control (L8) Maximo maintenance system experience or similar package Experience in operating light plant #CCnorthwest JBRP1_UKTJ
