My client, a leading Facilities Management (FM) company, is seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join their team.
You will be working in a corporate environment in Bristol, ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of plumbing and building fabric systems.
Key Responsibilities: Perform routine and reactive maintenance on plumbing systems, including pipework, drainage, and sanitary fixtures.
Carry out fabric maintenance tasks such as minor repairs to building structures, doors, and windows.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution.
Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance tasks.
Collaborate with other members of the maintenance team to provide comprehensive building services.
Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
Qualifications and Experience: Proven experience as a Maintenance Plumber /, ideally in a corporate or commercial setting.
Relevant qualifications in plumbing or a related field (NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent).
Strong understanding of building fabric maintenance.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
