We're looking for a seasoned Business Solutions Director , with a background in Ad Operations to join the expanding UK business.
This position is like a hybrid role between Customer Success, Sales Solutions, Technical Platform Lead.
Any platform demos (pitches) would ideally be lead by this person so platform experience is pretty crucial.
Requirements of the role: 4+ years of experience in digital advertising & marketing, media agencies, AdTech.
4+ years of experience in client management.
Strong client facing skills.
Excellent solution designing skills to adapt different approaches to the client needs or briefing.
Strong Ability to connect ideas and create efficient sales pitches.
PowerPoint expert.
Strong knowledge of Adtech & Martech ecosystem, programmatic environment and location intelligence solutions an advantage.
Strong initiative and ability to plan and prioritize work efficiently, multi-task, and work well under pressure with minimal direction.
Ad Operation, Campaign Management and Platform Optimisation experience.
Job Responsibilities: Project Execution & Sales Assistance Work together with the business solutions and sales team to develop specific projects across different markets.
Pitch and present business solutions to our clients.
Follow project execution verifying success and optimizing solutions.
Create campaign proposals, adapting the strategic framework to the specific client needs.
Lean into Ad Ops and Campaign Management to ensure existing campaigns are optimised Solutions Designing Develop specific client projects, working from the client brief.
Design conceptual solutions, linking all the activity and company storytelling.
Evaluate ways to improve our solution stack, focusing on delivery and client satisfaction.
Adapt sales deck versions and create global sales resources.
