The role As a Platform Security Controller, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary.
Joining the security team and working on the Type 31 project.
Day-to-day, you'll support and liaise with the Platform Completion Manager to ensure compartment completions from a security perspective are completed in accordance with the schedule and regulations.
Define and manage physical security characteristics of the Type 31 class platform in accordance with build spec Ensure that the appropriate security policies and processes are adhered to by the Type 31 platform production/operations and commissioning teams Ensure that the appropriate security policies and processes are adhered to by any external contractors Ensure compliant fitting of security equipment and security furniture required in or external to Type 31 compartments Monitor implementation of physical security features during ship construction, assess compliance with requirements, and manage non-conformance/concessions already agreed This role is full time, 36 hours per week and is based on site at Rosyth.

Security Clearance The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
