Job Title: Plasterer Multi Trade Job Type: Permanent Job Category: Property Services Location: West London Salary: £20.00 per hour We are recruiting for an experienced Plasterer Multi Trade to join a successful housing repairs and maintenance team for a local council in West London.
Responsibilities: Undertaking all plastering tasks to achieve first time fix and deliver a high standard of workmanship in a timely and productive manner always affording excellent customer service to the client.
Undertaking patch and larger plastering works, decorating, tiling and other associated maintenance tasks.
Completing daily work sheets detailing work undertaking and materials used after each job undertaken.
Requirements: Full UK Driving Licence (manual) City & Guilds / NVQ in Plastering, Plasterer CSCS Card OR NVQ Diploma in Building Maintenance Multi-trade Repair and Refurbishment Asbestos Awareness, UKATA or ITAP Basic Criminal Record Check Benefits: A company van and fuel card (strictly for business use only) If you are interested in this position, we encourage you to apply or reach out to Leah for more details.
