Job Title: Plasterer Multi Trade Job Type: Permanent Job Category: Property Services Location: Chelmsford Salary: £20.00 per hour We are recruiting for an experienced Plasterer Multi Trade to join a successful housing repairs and maintenance team for a local housing association in Chelmsford.
Responsibilities: Undertaking all plastering tasks to achieve first time fix and deliver a high standard of workmanship in a timely and productive manner always affording excellent customer service to the client.
Undertaking patch and larger plastering works, decorating, tiling and other associated maintenance tasks.
Completing daily work sheets detailing work undertaking and materials used after each job undertaken.
