Mears provide tailored rapid-response and planned maintenance services through partnering arrangements with more than 70 local authorities, Arm's Length Management Organisations and Housing Associations.Day to day duties:Carrying out reactive repairs in unoccupied/ occupied properties Responsible for duties to include but not limited to – Preparing and plastering wall, boarding, bonding, rendering, Skimming.
Providing high levels of customer care at all timesRole Criteria:Proven Experience in PlasteringHold a Full UK Driving LicenseBe a great team player as well an ability to work on your own initiative.Excellent communication and Customer service skillsAll our roles require candidates to have the entitlement to work within the UK, Mears does not currently offer visa sponsorship.Benefits we can offer you.
