Work with colleagues to ensure flow through thedepartment identifying proper escalationto Nurse in Charge, Department Manager, or Surgeons when required.
Be responsible for supporting the patient duringcast application and removal and will ensure patients are given appropriateadvice re care of their cast and splint Person Specification Qualifications Essential Must be qualified Plaster Technician or Orthopaedic Practitioner qualified with BOA casting competencies Experience Essential Plaster room experience Orthopaedic experience
