Reporting into the Lead Operator we are searching for a team member to join us a Part-Time Mobile Plant Operator in our Immingham Plant.
This role will be on a 6-month fixed term contract, working just 6 x 12 HOUR SHIFTS PER MONTH.

What you'll be doing: As a Mobile Plant Operator you will ensure manufacturing operations are safe, efficient, and compliant with customer specifications.
Support decision-making, share insights on successes and challenges, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to drive best practices on shift.
Responsibilities include: Uphold high standards of Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality compliance.
Organise your area with support from the Team Leader.
Meet or exceed targets and KPIs.
Accurately capture and manage data using systems like SAP.
Communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues.
Assist in identifying and resolving root-cause issues, including production problems and machine breakdowns, whilst escalating these to the maintenance teams.
Perform quality checks to meet standards, working closely with Technical teams.
Suggest ideas and solutions for continuous improvements, looking to enhance team performance, sharing knowledge and best practices.
Maintain accurate records.
Take action to minimise downtime and boost process efficiency.
Utilise downtime for rework, maintenance, or compliance checks.
Ensure area ownership and maintain good housekeeping.
Perform any additional duties required to fulfill the role.
What we'd love for you to have: A high regard for health and safety standards with an understanding of H&S regulations.
A good level of spoken & written English.
IT literacy: proficiency in the basic functions of MS Office Word, Excel and SAP Good attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
Flexibility to work within the current shift pattern, which includes both day and night shifts.
We will provide: A competitive salary of around £17,900 per annum + bonus.
