The Opportunity: As an Asphalt Plant Operator, you will be at the forefront of our operations, ensuring the production of high-quality asphalt while maintaining the highest standards of health and safety, sustainability, and efficiency.

Requirements Your Role: Mixing Operations: Conduct asphalt mixing to meet BSI:9001 specifications.
Perform pre-start inspections using our digital system.
Identify, record, and report any defective equipment.
Assist maintenance teams in monitoring and maintaining equipment.
Utilize control systems for fixed plant operations.
Loading Shovel Operations: Complete and record pre-start inspections.
Report defective equipment promptly.
Monitor aggregate stock levels and feed materials into the plant.
Drive safely according to site transport plans.
Operate machinery efficiently to minimize costs and environmental impact.
Weighbridge Operations: Manage vehicle loading using the control system.
Schedule materials for production.
Enter data into our internal management system.
Ensure vehicle compliance with safety plans.
Handle phone calls to and from order offices.
