Job Opportunity: Plant Manager Drive Excellence in Manufacturing Were seeking a dynamic and experienced Plant Manager to lead a manufacturing operation in Kings Lynn to new heights.

What Youll Do: Oversee the entire plant manufacturing operation, ensuring cost-efficient and timely production.
Identify and implement improvements using modern manufacturing techniques to boost productivity, quality, and output.
Collaborate with other departments to enhance quality, delivery, and build a positive team culture.
Apply ITW principles such as Trade Focus, Market Rate Demand, and Product Line Simplification.
Manage daily factory operations, maintain production plans, and ensure targets for productivity and quality are met.
Monitor and improve cost efficiencies, stock levels, and manufacturing methods to reduce costs.
Develop and implement quality and health and safety systems.
Lead the development and training of production staff, managing overtime and recruitment as needed.
Implement continuous improvements in production methods, equipment, and layouts.
What Were Looking For: Proven experience in production management, with a track record of exceeding productivity and quality targets.
Expertise in implementing LEAN, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and other manufacturing systems.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
Excellent communication skills, capable of liaising with all levels within the company.
Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Experience in volume and small batch production in a semi-automated and manual environment.
Knowledge of manufacturing techniques and proven commercial acumen.
Qualifications: Minimum HNC or equivalent in Mechanical, Electronic, Electrical, or Production Engineering.
Previous experience in Plant Management with a focus on continuous improvement and team development.
