Are you looking for an autonomous role overseeing the flagship facility of a £500m+ turnover business, whilst managing a seasoned senior leadership team & driving continuous improvement?

An ideal applicant will be a Plant / Operations Manager with excellent leadership abilities and broad operational experience.
You will be an ambitious individual with confidence in your ability to make important decisions and have an eye for continuous improvement.

They turnover £500m+ per annum, operate in one of the fastest growing & secure sectors in the UK, and can offer genuine opportunities for further progression.
In this role you will have 8 direct reports and circa 60 indirect.
You will be responsible for the leadership of an experienced management team and work closely with senior stakeholders on operations strategy & site investments.

*Manufacturing, Plastics, Polymer, Chemical, Steel, Pharma, Glass, or similar
*Proven leadership abilities of a large team
*Background in P&L, Production, QHSE, Engineering etc.
*Looking for a highly autonomous role with an established and growing company
