What You'll Do: \n \n Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on production equipment and premises.
\n Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
\n Diagnose and resolve electro-mechanical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
\n Actively participate in TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and improvement initiatives.
\n Collaborate with team members to maintain an efficient, safe, and productive workplace.

\n Experience in TPM and continuous improvement processes.

\n Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
\n Welding and abrasive wheel training.
\n Health and Safety Committee involvement.
