The Role We're seeking a skilled Planning Solicitor to join their Norwich office, offering a varied role in a team known for comprehensive planning, highways, and environmental legal services.
You'll work with a diverse range of clients—residential developers, agricultural businesses, local authorities, housing associations, and more—alongside the firm's dynamic Commercial Property and Development teams.
Key Responsibilities: Drafting and negotiating infrastructure agreements Public rights of way issues, including diversions and definitive map modification orders Compulsory Purchase Orders Funding due diligence Planning appeals Project development and appraisal Judicial review Enforcement issues About You: A qualified Solicitor with 4+ years' PQE in planning law.
Excellent communication skills and a client-first approach.
Proactive and eager to contribute to the team's success.
Able to provide strategic, practical advice tailored to clients.
