Planning Solicitor – (Flex Location)

This highly regarded Scottish Law Firm is currently recruiting an experienced Planning Solicitor to join its growing team.
The team advises and represents a wide range of stakeholders in Scotland's planning system.You will provide advice on a range of matters involving planning and environmental law including dealing with the following:Negotiating planning obligation agreementsPlanning and environmental due diligence for developers and fundersMatters arising from property and corporate transactionsCandidates will ideally be at the 2 years' PQE level and above, however the firm are willing to consider applicants at all levels.
This is a full-time position and there is flexibility on location and working arrangements.
