What you'll be doing: As the Planning & Forecasting Lead you will Work with operational managers and staff to actively allocate/reallocate staff to ensure optimal customer service is maintained.
Timely and insightful problem definition and intervention along with a forward thinking, proactive approach to resource management.
Manage and develop the operational planning, in line with company processes.
The production of all operational forecast and capacity models.
Implement new ways of working in the production of business forecasts.
Engage with other key areas to ensure that the operational impact of activities is accurately assessed and understood and reflected in all plans.
What we're looking for: Management Experience.
